"Horrible insurance company hands down! We had a house fire February 29th, 2024. We are still living in our camper, with frozen pipes, also in our house that we cannot live in. We have been out of propane for almost 2 months. State Farm let our house sit for 5 months, resulting in black mold throughout our house. They issued a check last year one week after the fire for $25,000. We had no clothing, bedding, food, nor shoes or jackets. We used the money to buy things we needed. Now as of this week, January 11, 2025, State Farm informed us that the $25,000 was to rebuild our home. We still do not have any belongings as a cleaning company still has them. Now we are at risk of losing our home, electricity, propane for the camper, etc. Sean Booy is our insurance adjuster, and will not return calls even to our contractor. They are telling us we need to use our money to pay $25,000 for the house to even get started to rebuild. We have no running water and have to take showers with a bladder bag, and have to heat up the water in a microwave. I am a disabled veteran, and my husband is a combat veteran. How can any company/persons, let people live this way? We are currently trying to find a lawyer (with no money), as this is financial and insurance fraud, PERIOD!"

"I was paying for towing in my insurance. They refused to cover the tow because of something I mentioned, so it was suddenly my fault. A few months prior, after updating my personal liability paperwork, they somehow stopped my reoccurring payments and had to write a letter to the judge explaining how they messed up. After all that, they had the nerve to say that the ladies didn't feel comfortable dealing with me. I have never been so disrespected, and my insurance mishandled like this agency. I thought a local agent would be better, and it was until it wasn't."

When I was side swiped in an accident, things weren't so friendly all of a sudden. Not caring at all, rude and condecending. Miscommunication between the staff and the broker, which was pushed on me as my fault. Staff told me one thing and later spoke to the broker and was told that is never how it is, which left me with an extra charge. Lack of training or bad work place at the time, who knows, but what a mess."

"Allows defamation of character by employees speaking of personal business that has nothing to do with insurance in office of insurancer. When called to confront situation David Lord himself hung up the phone and would not deal with his said employee doing such. . Hopefully corporate will have a better way of handling this issue. Is saying im involving him in a iilegal issue, when in fact his employee is involving me by speaking of myself and slandering my name in said business. Very unprofessional."
